With a varied repertoire of experience in residential real estate, Sherwin brings a remarkable energy and distinct management style to his role as Principal and Senior Broker. Sherwin’s entrepreneurial savvy was evident early on when at seventeen, he bought an ice cream truck, which he quickly expanded to a fleet and a very successful business which served the neighborhoods of his hometown of Woodland Park, New Jersey. Later on, he took his people skills and management experience to create an entertainment promotion group before finishing his studies at The George Washington University.
